As a residential skyscraper, the Ocean Heights project in Dubai is the epitome of contemporary luxury living. The skyscraper in the Dubai Marina District which offers spectacular views of the artificial island "Palm Jumeirah" opened in 2010. Highlights of this project include balconies that are accessed via floor-to-ceiling sliding elements. We supplied a total of 1250 Tilt&Slide (PSK) fittings for the balconies of Ocean Heights that also deliver particularly impressive smooth-running performance with large and heavy elements which ensures a high degree of comfort. Operation is also logical via a single handle in which the various functions are combined, and the storm-proof tilt function which is ensured by the robust stays of the hardware. Every balcony of this exclusive residential and hotel property in the United Arab Emirates is therefore bristling with intelligent technology from Ditzingen.
